What to Expect

  • Scheduled cleanup on a single basis, 1x per week, 2x per month, or 1x per month
  • Payment is due first for service to begin for a single service, then monthly for reoccurring services 
  • Gate/ yard codes provided to access property within selected time frame
  • If service is unsatisfactory, TT&T will return to the property the same day to fix any concerns
  • In the unlikely event an appointment is missed - TT&T will complete the service the following day

Products used are:

  • Pet, kid, and plant safe
  • Equipment sanitized between services
  • All pet and service waste will not be disposed of on the property
  • On sight water is not needed to be provided - welcomed if offered
  • Fresh water, biodegradable soaps, enzyme deodorizers, scrubbing brushes, plastic bags, etc.
