Overnight Care in Your Home

Extra time and attention for the pets that need it, giving you the reassurance that your pets and home are in good hands throughout the evening! This may include walking, feeding, administering medication, etc. I'm even happy to take care of the little things, such as, mail retrieval, watering plants, taking the trash out, etc. Couple with an afternoon drop-in for full day care!

Need help getting your pet across town or a little further out? Whether a trip to the groomers, daycare or grandma's house, I will provide clear communication from beginning to end!

Here's what to expect with TT&T services to ensure a smooth exchange

• Business Insured
  Your pets and home are protected in the unlikely event that accidents or damages occur
  
  
• Service Hours
  For out of home services such as walks, pet taxi, etc. that begin or end outside of normal business hours, a $10 surcharge will be added to your invoice once

• Payment
  Full payments are due at the beginning of each service. Login to your client portal to view current and past invoices
  
  
• Home Access
  Please provide a key that is secured in a hiding spot. I will return the key to the same location after services are completed. Also provide any gate codes, clickers, or fobs needed to complete care for your pet
  
  
• Service Area
  I offer loving pet services across the Greater Houston area. If your area is not listed, please inquire with your neighborhood, and I will do my best to accommodate your request!

• Cancelations 
  I understand life happens and cancelations will be treated on a case-by-case basis. All reservations are coupled with a one-day cancelation policy from the start of your service time. This ensures Tiff's Tails and Treats is prioritizing pet parents that are truly in need of pet care. Already paid for a service and need to cancel? Your funds will return within 12hrs, minus a $75 last minute cancelation fee if canceling within the one-day period. Payments for walks and drop-ins do not transfer to a later date when canceling services within the one-day period and are nonrefundable. 

• Holiday Surcharge
  Due to the higher demand for services around the Holidays, a holiday surcharge is added to each day/ per service for the following dates in 2026 -
